PPOTODA – Malang, bertempat di Hall Graha Keadilan (GK) Jl. Kembang Kertas IV Kav. 09, Minggu 13 Maret 2022 memasuki hari kedua dari rangkaian kegiatan Sekolah Riset Pengembangan yang diselenggarakan oleh Pusat Pengembangan Otonomi Daerah (PPOTODA) Fakultas Hukum Universitas Brawijaya.

Pada sesi kedua ini, kegiatan Sekolah Riset diisi oleh Ria Casmi Arrsa salah satu Dosen Fakultas Hukum Universitas Brawijaya yang ahli di bidang Perancangan dan Pembentukan Peraturan Perundang-Undangan.

Sesi kedua diikuti oleh para peserta dengan Praktik perancangan dan penyusunan Naskah Akademik yang sistematis dan konstruktif per-BAB. Perumusan Latar belakang, identifikasi masalah, tujuan kegunaan, dan metode yang digunakan dalam pembuatan Naskah Akademik dipraktikkan oleh para peserta dengan aktif.

Beberapa hal ditekankan oleh Ria Casmi Arrsa berupa bagiamana membuat Pointers permasalahan dalam Latar Belakang, Format Penulisan yang benar, dan ketentuan-ketenyan lainnya yang berpedoman pada Undang-Undang Republik Indonesia Nomor 12 Tahun 2011 Tentang Pembentukan Peraturan Perundang-Undangan.

    Morgan Stanley says institutional demand for crypto depends on price volatility. Traditional finance companies have increasingly been introducing crypto products to meet client demand, but given recent flows in exchange-traded-products (ETP) and volume trends “unless there is material upward price volatility it may be difficult to see that real demand pick up materially,” the note added.
