Jakarta, Bertempat di Gedung Nusantara V Kompleks MPR/DPR/DPD Republik Indonesia memperingati pidato bung karno 1 juni 1945 diselenggarakan perhelatan akbar KONGGRES PANCASILA yang di pelopori oleh Majelis Permusyawaratan Rakyat RI. Dalam pelaksanaan Konggres tersebut MPR-RI mengangkat tema kontemporer kenegaraan yaitu,“Revitalisasi Nilai-Nilai Empat Pilar Kehidupan Berbangsa Dan Bernegara Dalam Memelihara Ke Indonesiaan Kita”.
Dalam cara yang diselenggarakan pada tanggal 30 Mei-1 Juni 2012 tersebut di hadari oleh 1000 peserta yang terdiri dari berbagai latar belakang pendidikan maupun akademisi dari Fakultas Hukum se Indonesia, Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Ilmu Politik (FISIP) se Indonesia, dan Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan (FKIP) se Indonesia, Lembaga-Lembaga Negara, Badan Kesatuan Bangsa dan Politik (Baksebangpol) Se Indonesia, Pusat-Pusat Kajian Otonomi Daerah, Konstitusi, Pancasila, Budayawan, Media massa, serta berbagai unsur masyarakat yang peduli terhadap kelangsungan Pancasila sebagai pilar ideologi bangsa Indonesia.
Bertepatan pada tanggal 1 Juni 2012 pasca pelaksanaan Konggres Pancasila dilanjutkan dengan pidato kenegaraan Wakil Presiden RI bapak Prof. Dr. Boediono yang di selenggarakan di Gedung Nusantara IV Kompleks MPR/DPR/DPD Republik Indonesia. Peringatan Pidato Bung Karno 1 Juni dihadiri para Wakil Ketua MPR RI Hajriyanto Y. Thohari, Lukman Hakim Saifuddin, Ahmad Farhan Hamid, dan Melani Leimena Suharli. Ketua MPR Taufiq Kiemas berhalangan hadir karena kesehatan yang terganggu. Pidato Ketua MPR disampaikan Wakil Ketua MPR Lukman Hakim Saifuddin. Hadir pula Presiden Ke-3 BJ Habibie, Presiden Ke-5 Megawati Soekarnoputri, Wakil Presiden Ke-6 1993-1998 Try Sutrisno, Wapres Ke-9 2001-2004 Hamzah Haz, dan Wapres Ke-10 2004-2009 M. Jusuf Kalla, serta beberapa Menteri Kabinet Indonesia Bersatu II.
Peringatan itu diisi dengan pidato kebangsaan dari tokoh keagamaan, yaitu Ketua Umum PBNU Said Agil Sirad, Ketua Umum PP Muhammadiyah Din Syamsuddin, Ketua PGI Andreas a. Yewangoe, dan Ketua KWI Mgr. Martinus D. Situmorang. Pasca perhelatan akbar tersebut Ketua PP OTODA Universitas Brawijaya Ngesti D. Prasetyo, Ria Casmi Arrsa dan Slamet Sutrisno Peneliti Pusat Studi Pancasila Universitas Gajah Mada (UGM) merumuskan rekomendasi kontekstual terkait dengan keseriusan Negara untuk menindak lanjuti kritik dan saran yang berkembang dalam pelaksanaan Konggres.
